Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Custom-made saddles and therapeutic equipment require special consideration (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used saddles (All Purpose & Endurance, Close Contact, Dressage)
  • Therapeutic horse blankets & accessories that have been removed from packaging
  • Horse training equipment showing signs of use
  • Lunging equipment with any wear marks
